Write a Pandas program to use .loc to select rows based on a condition.

# Conditional selection using .loc

Output:

   P  Q

Explanation:

• Import pandas library.
• Create a DataFrame.
• Use .loc to select rows where column 'P' > 3.
• Print the results.
