Validate HTML Content

Write a JavaScript function to check whether a given value is HTML or not.

Sample Solution:

function is_html(str)
{
 regexp = /<([a-z]+) *[^/]*?>/;
  
        if (regexp.test(str))
          {
            return true;
          }
        else
          {
            return false;
          }
}
